Asian Snow

Asian snow has a beautiful white, star-shaped flower that looks striking against darker foliage. Under the right conditions, they can bloom all year round and produce a jasmine-like fragrance. Full to partial sun is best. These shrubs have a woody stem and can get about 6ft tall but can be maintained smaller. Being tropical plants native to Sri Lanka, they don’t do well with the cold, so when we do get our occasional cold nights, it’s a good idea to cover them up. Asian snow is a good option if you want to keep a plant in a pot for a while since it can be maintained easily. A regular fertilizer using an organic Espoma Flower-tone or the Sure-Gro 6-8-10 will help encourage dark green foliage and plenty of blooms!
